Our Founder, Jim Morken, has years of construction and development experience much of it utilizing Structural Insulated Panels or SIPs. When his son went to Western North Dakota to work on the oil rigs he became acutely aware of the critical housing shortage in the areas of oil production and began to think about solutions to the problem. Out of that thinking our company and products were developed.
